客服助理

Responsibilities:

岗位职责 1、通过在线聊天、电话等方式,了解客户的需求,为客户提供售前、售中、售后的服务; 2、对于服务过程中出现的运输异常和资料错误,与客户做好通知解答; 3、通过跨职能、跨团队沟通解决客户问题,保证回复的及时性、专业性; 4、对客户投诉和理赔事件做好安抚、登记并寻求解决方案,主动升级重大异常案件并持续跟进至结案; 5、 完成主管额外指派的任务。

Requirements:

任职条件: 1、本科以上学历,英语或西班牙语可作为工作语言,听说读写流利; 2、可接受应届毕业生; 3、有团队精神,有服务意识和较强的沟通协调能力。 4、有一定的分析能力,对较复杂的情况和问题能够做量化后的分析判断。
