法务主管（涉外投资）(R14158)

Responsibilities：

1、为集团投融资项目提供法律支持，参与经营者集中申报、尽职调查、谈判协商、交易架构设计、协议起草审核等； 2、投融资项目档案管理及投后法律事项管理； 3、投融资法律事项信息化管理及流程完善

Requirements：

1、 重点大学本科以上学历，通持有法律职业资格证或律师执业证； 2、 有两年以上投融资法律事务经验，律师事务所或企业法务经验均可； 3、 具有良好的沟通协调、法律分析能力和法律检索能力，擅于跨部门合作； 5、 心态开放，乐于迎接挑战，抗压能力强，能适应快速变化的企业环境； 6、 英文能作为工作语言者优先
