Responsibilities:

1、了解并熟悉所支持部门的战略规划和团队运作状况,为所支持部门提供专业性的人力资源建议和策略; 2、负责培训、组织发展、薪酬、绩效、企业文化建设等人力资源工作在部门的具体开展,以及公司人力资源政策和流程的落地执行; 3、协助所支持团队进行人才梯队搭建,确保人员及时招聘到位与优化配置; 4、组织及实施所辖部门的绩效管理,并对绩效评价过程进行监控; 5、在公司整体企业文化框架下,推动支持部门内部文化的建设和落地; 6、保持与部门管理层、各层级员工的交流与互动,丰富沟通渠道,确保组织中信息传递的通畅; 7、组织有效的培训、注重员工关系,为员工及时提供人力资源政策的咨询、顾问服务,提高部门敬业度和满意度; 8、完成上级领导安排的其他工作。

Requirements:

1、25-35岁本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、工商管理等专业优先; 2、五年以上人力资源工作经验,两年以上技术研发团队BP经验; 3、具备敏锐的洞察力与分析判断力,深谙人际风格与性格分类; 4、具备高效的表达力与沟通协调能力,具备良好的职业道德与操守及良好的团队合作意识。
