技能培训专员

Responsibilities：

1、根据公司业务进行相关知识培训，能够独立开发培训课程；

2、组织新入职员工及在职员工培训；

3、关注新员工的培训效果，让新员工更快融入工作；

4、文案、文宣输出；

5、完成上级交办的其他工作任务

Requirements：

1、大专及以上学历，2年以上物流行业培训相关工作经验；

2、具备较强的沟通协调能力；熟练掌握办公软件的应用，对培训的规划、实施、效果评估有一定的了解；

3、开拓创新意识，思维敏捷，对工作认真，充满激情；

4、具备文字文案功底，能够独立开发培训课件，优秀的语言表达能力，有实际培训授课经验优先。
