Responsibilities:

1、全面筹集航空事业群的人力资源工作,包括但不限于组织变革推动,组织设计与优化、组织效能管理、薪酬与绩效管理、关键人才队伍建设、关键人才引进、团队文化建设等;

2、建立航空事业群HR相关规章制度,进行组织诊断,提出针对性的解决方案。

4、组织搭建团队,全面管控人员招聘问题,强化对内部流程建设和团队搭建;

Requirements:

任职资格:

1、在航空公司担任HRBP/HRD负责人,带过超过10人以上HR团队;

2、有航空公司就任经验,熟悉航空领域各类岗位熟悉;

3、年龄33-36岁之间;

4、全日制本科及以上;

5、英文可作为工作语音者优先;
