HRBP主管

Responsibilities:

主要职责

1.深入业务部门,了解业务战略及目标,主动获取业务部门对人力资源工作的诉求;

2.负责所支持部门的人才盘点、绩效管理、培训等人力资源工作,有效推动各项项目落地,协助业务部门搭建人才梯队,提升组织绩效;

3.主动与员工保持沟通,积极听取员工的反馈意见;

4.推动部门文化建设,营造积极向上的组织氛围,保证组织的持续健康成长;

5. 负责上级交办的其他工作。

Requirements:

任职资格

1.全日制统招本科及以上学历;

2.一年以上人力资源相关工作,具有薪酬绩效模块经验最佳;

3.熟悉其他人力资源管理模块,有HRBP经验者优先;

4.逻辑思维能力强,具有流程意识及制度体系管理能力; 

5.具备高效的表达力与沟通协调能力,具备良好的职业道德与操守及良好的团队合作意识。
