Responsibilities:
1、接收来自各在线渠道(QQ,电话,钉钉等)自己名下客户的咨询并解答,解决客户问
题;
2、及时处理客户的充值、计费、各项业务(包含海外仓和国内仓通知的)各类问询、信息
确认及异常跟进处理;
3、及时跟进客户反馈的系统异常并跟进至异常处理完成;
4、监控订单异常,并提示客户处理;养成客户自助处理订单、退货单异常的习惯;
5、针对新业务/新系统功能/新业务要求,培训通知提醒客户;
6、针对需要线下计费的项目进行线下计费;
7、登记工单,记录并反馈服务中出现的质量和服务时效问题,处理投诉及索赔;
8、聆听并主动获取用户体验(投诉和意见),及时反馈;
Requirements:
1、大专及以上学历,会英文;
2、相关行业经验1年以上;
3、性格好,有较好的责任心和耐心;
4、学习能力和沟通表达能力强。主动性强
