人才发展主管

Responsibilities：

主要职责

1、推动集团各专业条线岗位任职资格梳理；搭建各专业条线的培养机制；

2、构建并不断完善干部识别、选拔、评估体系，负责在职干部与继任人才任用的监控和审核；

3、基于集团人才发展体系和业务需要，构建人才发展通道，建设人才梯队；

Requirements：

任职资格：

1、全日制统招本科及以上学历，人力资源、工商管理、心理学、统计学等相关专业；

2、3年以上人才发展或培训管理工作经验，须有任职资格梳理、人才梯队建设、管理干部培养等项目经验；

3、执行力高，抗压能力强，有较强的逻辑思维，能快速学习新知识技能。
