Responsibilities:
1、全面负责快递事业群的人力资源工作,包括但不限于组织变革推动,组织设计与优化、组织效能管理、薪酬与绩效管理、关键人才队伍建设、关键人才引进、团队文化建设等;
2、参与快递事业群织下沉的组织变革,与COE团队共同制定组织下沉人力资源配套措施;
3、修订和完善针对快递事业群的组织绩效和关键岗位绩效方案;
4、对快递产品群进行组织诊断,对快递产品群战略执行相配套的组织、机制、人才和文化进行诊断,并提出针对性的解决方案;
5、强化对内部流程建设和团队搭建,完善一线岗位的人力资源管理体系;
Requirements:
1、在快递产业链长期发展的HRBP/HRD,带过超过10人以上HR团队;
2、服务于1000人以上快递产业链公司,针对快递行业各类人员有作为HR的专业性;
3、年龄33-36岁之间;
4、全日制大专及以上学历,全日制本科优先;
5、英文可作为工作语音者优先;
