部门助理

Responsibilities:

(1)协助总监及部门各种行政事务,负责部门固定资产管理;

(2)参与资料收集、整理,为制定相关项目方案提供重要信息素材;

(3)参与数据,各类材料的文字校对等,为项目执行提供重要的支持;

(4)协助安排部门各种会务和组织部门各种活动,以确保常规会议和其他活动顺利进行;

(5)对部门各类文件进行整理、备份、归档等,以确保部门信息安全、合理的保存,以及后续便利的查询;

(6)协助部门人事日常管理,包括新员工入职、员工请假、考勤等,以保证部门各项人事流程进展顺利;

Requirements:

1、大专以上学历,有2年以上工作经验优先

2、能够熟练使用Office软件,如Word、Excel和PPT等,有财务、人力、电商行业相关背景优先

3、具备良好的协调能力和时间管理意识,能够有效完成工作任务

4、喜欢与人交流,并拥有良好的沟通技巧

5、认真、细致的人、条理性好

6、热爱工作,积极主动,对新事物接受能力强,有较强的协调能力和人际沟通能力
