2、构建并不断完善干部识别、选拔、评估体系,负责在职干部与继任人才任用的监控和审核;
3、推动集团各条线岗位任职资格梳理;
4、组织人才盘点,定期开展组织诊断,提出组织及编制优化建议,不断提高组织能力;
5、根据用人部门需求定制组织/人才发展方案。
Requirements:
1、本科及以上学历,人力资源、工商管理、心理学、统计学等相关专业;
2、4-6年组织与人才发展、培训工作经验,须有任职资格梳理、人才梯队建设、管理干部培养、人才盘点等项目经验;
3、执行力高,抗压能力强,有较强的逻辑思维,能快速学习新知识技能;
4、积极向上,诚实守信,能快速融入团队。
