海外支持专员

Responsibilities:

主要职责

1.协助部门经理完成公司部门绩效方案,流程制度,评级制度,销售相关培训材料的制作与发布。

2.对海外销售部输出培训材料,并指导海外团队完成基础性培训。

3.对接海外销售部,落实服务需求与障碍,汇总报告。

4.对接海外客户,协助处理客服工作。

5.负责指导培训海外客户使用公司的系统,了解公司的相关合作流程以及规定,确保客户按公司规范进行系统操作和发货。

6.完成部门经理临时布置的各项任务

Requirements:

1.市场营销,物流管理,工商管理,本科或以上学历,欧美国家留学背景优先;

2.英语书写,口语流利,能与海外客户顺畅交流;

3.文字功底深(中英双语),熟练使用PPT, Excel,Word,Xmind等办公软件;

4.沟通、协调、组织、总结、分析能力强,自主工作意愿高;

5.责任心和原则性强,处事公正客观,严谨勤勉,能承受压力。
