Responsibilities:
1、定期组织部门例会的召开(周例会/月度例会),对部门各组工作进度进行跟进并定期汇
报;
2、内外部工作对接流程梳理及规范,输出标准对接流程文档并定期复盘,及时更新;
3、检查各小组SOP文档内容是否清晰完整,负责最终标准化文档的输出;
4、部门日常工作事项/重要项目跟进;
5、上级领导安排的其他工作事项。
Requirements:
1、大专及以上学历,2-3年工作经验;(财务相关优先)
2、具有流程化思维与流程管理技能;
3、具备较强的沟通能力与团队协调能力;
4、能熟练运用office软件,尤其是(Visio、word、PPT)。
