HRBP(海外方向)

Responsibilities:

1、负责定向支持海外业务区域(中文为主),挖掘业务团队的需求和痛点,以HR专业角度分析问题并提出解决方案,配合区域有效开展HRBP工作;

2、负责集团总部/事业群层面各项目的在定向支持区域的落地实施,为海外HRBP团队协调资源与全面赋能。

3、负责海外人力资源信息化事项的推动,对人事基础数据/人效数据进行深度分析,为业务发展提供参考方向与优化依据;

4、负责上级交办的其他工作;

Requirements:

1、全日制统招本科及以上学历,人力资源管理或相关专业;

2、3年以上人力资源相关工作,具有互联网行业绩效管理工作经验或具有集团化管理思路及经验优先;

3、熟悉其他人力资源管理模块,有HRBP经验者优先;

4、逻辑思维能力强,数字敏感度好,善于进行数据分析,熟练使用数据统计与分析工具;

5、具备高效的表达力与沟通协调能力,具备良好的职业道德与操守及良好的团队合作意识。
