Responsibilities：

独立完成发澳洲公司的全部账务处理工作，能建立独立的财务软件账套且按时完成每个的账务处理工作，包括：

①银行入账、收入成本费用入账、房租摊销、资产折旧的摊销等账务处理工作，出具各项财务报表；

②审核澳洲仓费用、成本的报销的真实性、合理性、合法性；

③根据澳洲当地的政策准确有效的处理澳洲财务、税务相关事宜；

④根据澳洲当地规定按时处理GST退税；

⑤及时登记银行日记账及整理各项付款单据，发送国内财务对接人；

⑥具备与澳洲当地会计师、律师等沟通重要事宜的能力；

⑦对接国内集团财务每月的数据提供、审计问题，资料提供；

⑧能及时判断澳洲的所有财务及风险问题，并与国内财务的反馈和对接；

⑨费用分析。

Independently complete all the accounting processing work of the Australian company, and be able to establish an independent financial software account set and complete each accounting processing work on schedule:

①Prepare various financial statements,and handle account processing work such as bank entry, income cost entry, rent amortization, asset depreciation amortization,and etc.

②Review the authenticity, rationality and legality of the reimbursement of Australian warehouse fees and costs;

③According to the local policies in Australia, accurately and effectively handle Australian financial and tax related matters;

④According to the local policies in Australia, processing GST refund on schedule;

⑤Register the bank journal in time and sort out the payment receipts and send them to the domestic financial counterpart;

⑥Communicate with local accountants and lawyers about the important matters in Australia;

⑦Provide domestic group financial department monthly data and information;

⑧Judge and feedback all financial and risk issues in Australia in time, and docking with domestic financial affairs;

⑨Cost analysis.

Requirements：

有过对接审计的经验为佳，或有过在事务所工作经验（但不是所有工作经验都是事务所）；

财务及会计相关专业；

有扎实的基础的财务知识和经验。

Working experience in accounting firm, or there’s working experience with docking audits is preferred;

Finance and accounting related majors;

Solid foundation of financial knowledge and experience.

能熟练的操作一些澳洲通用的财务软件，或SAP软件；

良好的沟通和团队协作能力：能很好的与国内财务及当地各部门人员沟通；

中英文流利。

Proficiently operate SAP software or common financial software in Australia;

Good communication and teamwork skills: be able to communicate well with domestic finance departments and the local personnel in various departments;

Fluent in both Chinese and English.
