Prepare for the establishment of the Israeli branch forthe company; ensure compliance with fiscal laws and taxation; responsible for the selection and optimization of the warehouse location.

联络以色列本地报关行，本土快递企业，配合总部，搭建好中国-以色列专线

Act as the point of contact among local custom brokers, local express businesses, and the Headquaters to buid a China-Israel exclusive route logistics services.

配合总部要求，建设海外仓。提供退货，一件代发等标准化海外仓服务

Cooperate with headquarters requirements to build overseas warehouses, providing standardized overseas warehouse services such as return and drop shipping.

配合集团战略，开发以色列-欧美专线客户

In line with Zongteng's strategy, develop Israel-EU&US exclusive route logistics customers.

承担区域P&L损益责任，并向总部汇报工作情况

Responsible for regional P&L，reporting to Headquarter Management Board

负责团队的持续建设、激励、培养，提升团队的战斗力和效能

Promote teamwork and collaboration between departments to drive alignment and commitment, and improve performance

Requirements：

至少五年以上BD或销售团队管理经验

5+ years of experience in BD or sales role and team management

创业型企业管理经验

Experience in managing implementations and start-ups

拥有同时与多名客户协同合作的经验，优秀的客户关系管理能力，能够同时满足不同客户的所有需求

Multi contract experience to drive synergies and experience of the complexities of working with multi customers.Demonstrable exemplary customer relationship management skills with the flexibility in style, approach to manage a number of clients with varying requirements at the same time.
