工作职责:
协助多个渠道发放招聘广告,负责相关基层员工的招聘,以及通过第三方劳务招聘相关操作人员。
Assist with job posting and advertisement process across multiple channels. Recruit talent for entry level and operational level positions, liaise with third-party partners including headhunters and recruitment agencies if needed.
通过电话面试筛选候选人,安排面试,后续跟进反馈
Screening applicants through phone interviews, arrange schedule of in-person interview, follow-up to obtain feedback.
协助与各部门经理拟写岗位职责和招聘标准,确定招聘现在与未来的需求
Assist to coordinate with department managers to draft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria, identify current and future hiring needs.
Develop and implement recruitment process, including assessments and interview questions.
完成新员工入职手续,设立账户,公司章程培训,福利简介,人力资源系统操作培训等
Complete new hire on boarding process by completing on-boarding checklist including account set-ups, policy training, benefits overview, HRIS overviews.
为日常办公和运营管理提供协助
Up to 50% of other administration duties assigned for department and business operations.
任职要求:
Bachelor degree or above, administrative management and HRM related majors preferred
At least 2 years of experience in Recruiting
Authorized to work for any employers in the US
Ability to multi-task and prioritize a diversified workload, meeting established deadlines with minimal supervision
Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Strong problem solving skills, strong motivation and team player mentality.
Proficiency in Mandarin and English reading, writing and speaking.
