Responsibilities：

1. 服务和支持集团在美国的日常法律需求。

Serving and supporting the daily legal inquiries and issues of company business in US.

2.业务经营所在地国家的法律法规的遵循和合规，建立海外子公司的合规体系。

Compliance with laws and regulations of the country where business operations are located and establish a compliance system for overseas subsidiaries.

3.集团总部法务政策的落实。

Implementation of the legal policy from the headquarter.

4.管理外部律师事务所和其他合作资源，优化律师库，进行律师费用管控。

Manage external law firms and other cooperative resources, optimize the lawyer pool, and control lawyer fees.

Requirements：

1. 具备美国法学院的法律教育背景，同时具有中国国内法律教育背景者优先。

A legal education background is a must, and a legal education background in China is preferred.

2. 具备美国律师执业资格。

US Law J.D. degree and membership in at least one U.S. state bar.

3. 英语精通，同时具备中文语言能力者优先，如果有其他本地国语言能力者优先。

Proficiency in English and Chinese are a must, other language skill is a plus.

4. 适应非工作日或晚间工作时间的加班，适应公司内部不同国家与时区的对接与办公。

Comfortable with the overtime work outside the daily hours and weekday, to work with the colleagues in other countries with different time zones.

5. 三年美国律师事务所律师（客户为企业法律顾问优先）或者大型企业美国法务经验。

At least three years of US attorney experience in a US law firm (the client is a US corporate legal adviser is preferred) or at least three years of US legal counsel/in house counsel experience in a large-scale US enterprise.

6.有合法的在美国工作身份与资格。

Legal work authorization in United States.
