Responsibilities：

1. 协助法务顾问服务和支持集团在美国的日常法律需求

Assist Legal Counsel with the daily legal inquiries and issues of the company’s business in US.

2.协助法务顾问进行业务经营所在地国家的法律法规的遵循和合规

Assist Legal Counsel with the compliance with laws and regulations of the country where business operations are located and establish a compliance system for overseas subsidiaries.

3.美国法务部相关行政事务、账单管理、档案管理等内容

Assist Legal Counsel with the administrative matters and other daily issues in the legal department operation.

Requirements：

1. 具备美国法学院的法律教育背景，同时具有中国国内法律教育背景者优先.

A legal education background (Master’s degree in U.S. law schools) is a must, and a legal education background in China will be a plus.

2. 英语精通，同时具备中文语言能力者优先，如果有其他本地国语言能力者优先.

Proficiency in English and Chinese are a must, other language skills will be a plus.

3. 在美国工作经验一年及以上，有美国法律行业工作经验者优先.

One year or more work experience in the US, work experience in the US legal professional will be a plus.

4.有合法的在美国工作身份与资格。

Legal work authorization in United States.
