工作职责：

-Accountant will perform bank/accounts receivable/accounts payable/general ledger reconciliation. -Reconcile intercompany transaction with US affiliates and foreign related parties. Process monthly book-closing in timely manner.

-Compile monthly managerial income statements classified by 13 warehouse locations in 4 states.

-Host monthly financial reporting and analysis meeting with region management and head of sales department.

-Analyze the unordinary fluctuation of various costs and expenses for each cost center on monthly basis from cost-efficiency perspectives.

-Consolidate monthly financial statements with US affiliates and foreign parent company using different GAAP.

-Source sales transactions by state using our designed and customized order/transportation/warehouse system for tax purposes.

-Process payroll on bi-weekly basis for 400+ employees timely. Handle various notices from federal/NJ/CA/DE/GA labor and tax department. Manage fixed assets, categorize type of equipment and count periodically to ensure the quantity for each location.

-Work closely with sales department for pricing module for each client.

-Work closely with operational departments for periodic cash flow forecast and submit to headquarter. -Work closely with headquarter controller and CFO on group’s consolidation audit and investors’ due diligence.

-Work closely with sizable audit and tax firms on annual financial audit, corporate tax returns and transfer pricing study.

-Enact expense approval procedures and supervise the implementation of submission from operational departments.

-Work closely with US CEO on ad hoc projects (eg. standby letter of credit and budget for new warehouse lease, commercial loans and tax planning/incentives).

-File federal/New Jersey/California/Georgia payroll tax returns and W2s/1099s. File annual report/statement of information/annual registration for New Jersey/ California/ Delaware/Georgia.

-Apply for and renew state or city business licenses.

-Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Accounting or closely related plus a minimum of one (1) year of experience as a corporate accountant, staff accountant or closely related.

-Specific experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience in e-commerce, warehousing and distribution industry.

-Must be proficient in Quickbooks Enterprise version and Microsoft Office suite (specifically Access, Vlookup, and Pivot Table) as evidenced by one (1) year of experience.

-Must have one (1) year of experience with ledger reconciliation with at least 30,000 transactions per month.

-Minimum of one (1) year of experience with  managerial accounting, reporting and analysis skills with allocation and consolidation for multiple locations in e-commerce, warehousing and distribution industry. -Minimum of one (1) year of experience of consolidation with US affiliates.

-Minimum of one (1) year of experience processing payroll for large company.

-Minimum of one (1) year of experience of federal and state wage reporting and payroll tax filing and regulations on unemployment/disability/family leave benefit and workers’ compensation.

-Minimum of one (1) year of experience of sourcing data from sizable order/transportation/warehouse management database and integrating millions of transactions on accrual basis with point-of-shipping recognition.

-Minimum of one (1) year of experience managing multi-location inventory with over 10,000 sku and warehouse fixed assets, especially different types of equipment (order pickers/forklifts/swing trucks) and periodic physical count.

-Minimum of one (1) year of experience of computing corporate income tax, estimated payments, and preparing corporate income tax returns with full knowledge of form 5471/5472 information return, FDII/GILTI and miscellaneous tax incentives.

-Minimum of one (1) year of experience familiar with transfer pricing model and methodology for e-commerce, warehousing and distribution industry.

-Minimum of one (1) year of experience of setting up complex pricing modules with various global shipping surcharges and fulfillment rates for each client.

-Minimum of one (1) year of experience of filing annual reports/statements and obtaining warehouse licenses.
