Responsibilities：

负责相应组内（入库、理货、包装、拣货、售后）工作统筹安排与工作完成率、及时率与准确率；

Responsible for the overall arrangement and work completion rate, timely rate and accuracy rate of the corresponding group

负责组内员工的排班、到岗点名、绩效考核和新员工的培训等；

Responsible for the scheduling of employees in the group, on-the-job rollover, performance appraisal and new employee training, etc.;

负责相应区域5S维护；

Responsible for 5S maintenance in the corresponding area;

督促组员严格遵守公司各项管理制度，确保安全作业，做好各位收货上架设备的维护和保养以及充电；

Supervise the team members to strictly abide by the company's various management systems, ensure safe operation, and do a good job in the maintenance and maintenance of the equipment on the shelves and charging;

与其他小组的配合，以及国内相关部门的反馈和对接；

Cooperate with other teams and relevant departments

Requirements：

学历要求：专科及以上学历

Education requirements: college degree and above

语言要求：能够同时具备仓库当地语言与中文的良好听说读写能力

Proficiency in English and Chinese.

工作经验：有大型跨境电商或海外仓立体仓库管理工作经验（1年及以上）

Working experience in large-scale cross-border e-commerce or overseas warehouse three-dimensional warehouse management (1 year and above).

身份要求：有当地合法的工作和居留的身份

Authorized to work for any employers in the US.

具备良好的沟通管理能力，能够组织协调组内的各项工作；

Communication and Coordination skills

熟练使用WMS等仓储管理系统，对流程有较好的理解；

Familiarity with WMS system and warehouse work flow

具备较强的责任心和团队精神，能承受一定工作压力;

A strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, ability to withstand certain work pressure;

熟练使用office等办公软件；

Proficiency in Office software

能够熟练操作叉车等仓库作业设备。

Ability to operate forklift and other equipment in the warehouse.
