Responsibilities：

负责数据建模，分析物流质量和效率、物流成本等数据，对数据有敏感性；

Responsible for data modeling, analyze logistic quality ,efficiency and cost, strong data acumen

定期输出经营报告,体现处理中心及转运场地的运营生产情况，反映生产成本与效率的平衡建议，并推动相关指标的改善。

Produce operation report on the production status at the processing centers and transit sites, make suggestion on balancing production cost and efficiency, push forward KPI optimization.

搭建考核指标, 监控体系，能通过指标引导现场进行经营改善提升

Develop performance KPI and monitoring system, guide field operation and optimize operation thru KPI monitoring.

对物流分拣场地的经营的资源需求有了解，了解行业合作伙伴情况，如物质，耗材，设备，时效，质量等。

Solid knowledge on logistic distribution operation resources, familiar with third party business partners, including supplies, materials, equipment, efficiency and quality.

组织定期的经营改善会议，并做好材料准备及纪要，持续跟进指标改善

Organize regular meetings on operation optimization, prepare materials and record meeting minutes, follow up with project execution and implementation.

Requirements：

有大型快递物流企业从业经历，对物流场地流程规划及生产运营非常熟悉，能自己的见解与成功案例。

Experience working for multinational logistic companies, familiar with logistic operation site planning and production operation, with proven success cases.

有物流行业质量，成本数据分析建模的经验，擅长项目制工作，协调推动能力比较强。

Proven experience in data modeling, analyzing logistic quality ,efficiency and cost, strong project management and implementation ability.

具备过程性管理思维，有整体性思维能力，洞察力强能根据现象看到本质。

Possess process management ability, holistic thinking ability and strong insight

做事有毅力，抗压能力强，优秀的人际关系处理能力。

Great persistence and ability to work well under pressure. Well-developed interpersonal skills with an ability to influence at all levels

中、英语流利。

Fluent in Mandarin and English.
