Operation Supervisor(Austell, GA)

Responsibilities:

协助制定和完善公司的人事管理制度、薪酬管理体系、绩效考核体系、人事档案管理制度员工手册、培训体系等规章制度,并进行宣导、监督和执行;

协助各部门落实和执行公司及部门管理规范;

负责员工的招聘、录用、转正、晋升、培训和劳工关系等工作的管理;

协助完成员工的薪资核算以及福利的相关工作;

协助处理各种与员工劳动关系相关的工作;

负责企业文化建设,提高团队的凝聚力,提高员工的责任感和工作能力;

负责人力资源管理的其他相关工作。

Requirements:

本科以上学历;商务管理或人力资源管理相关专业优先;

熟悉当地以及欧洲的劳工法律法规等;

3年以上管理及人力资源相关工作经验;

掌握Office办公软件,具备基本的网络知识;

有很强的沟通协调能力、判断与决策能力、人际能力、影响力、计划与执行能力;

中文和英语听说读写流利。
