Responsibilities:
Recruit talent for entry level and operational level positions, liaise with third-party partners including headhunters and recruitment agencies if needed
Complete new hire onboarding process by completing on-boarding checklist including account set-ups, policy training, benefits overview, HRIS overviews.
Maintain and update employee profiles. Responsible for all employment verification, completing all EDD documents for existing and former employees. Prepare offers and contracts.
Assist with employee training and development programs, evaluates training results and summarizes training feedback for further improvement
Provide administrative support to Senior Management for department and business operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, administrative management and HRM related majors preferred
Minimum 1 years of operation management and HR management experience
Proficiency in basic office software including WORD/EXCEL/OUTLOOK etc.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, strong team spirit and attention to details
Proficiency in Mandarin and English reading, writing and speaking.
