Responsibilities:
负责相关基层员工的招聘,以及通过第三方劳务招聘相关操作人员。
Recruit talent for entry level and operational level positions, liaise with third-party partners including headhunters and recruitment agencies if needed
完成新员工入职手续,设立账户,公司章程培训,福利简介,人力资源系统操作培训等。
Complete new hire on-boarding process by completing on-boarding checklist including account set-ups, policy training, benefits overview, HRIS overviews.
负责员工的人事档案管理;处理在职证明,离职证明申请以及所有在职和离职员工的EDD文件,办理和更新劳动合同,包含但不限于员工劳动合同续签、转签等相关手续办理;
Maintain and update employee profiles. Responsible for all employment verification, completing all EDD documents for existing and former employees. Prepare offers and contracts.
协助培训发展项目,分析培训结果并提交总结报告;
Assist with employee training and development programs, evaluates training results and summarizes training feedback for further improvement
负责计算薪资绩效报表
Responsible for Pay Schedule tracking and Payroll recording and issuing
Requirements:
本科以上学历;行政管理或人力资源管理相关专业优先;
Bachelor degree or above, administrative management and HRM related majors preferred
1年以上管理及人力资源相关工作经验
Minimum 1 years of operation management and HR management experience
掌握Office办公软件,具备基本的网络知识;
Proficiency in basic office software including WORD/EXCEL/OUTLOOK etc.
有很强的沟通协调能力、人际能力、抗压能力和团队协作能力
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, strong team spirit and attention to details
中、英文流利。
Proficiency in Mandarin and English reading, writing and speaking.
