Responsibilities:

1.根据业务及战略要求负责公司组织架构的规划及设计;

2.参与诊断、设计和优化组织变革工作;

3.协助部门负责人建设、优化事业群岗职体系;负责事业群的职位、编制管理;

4.人员编制管理、根据业务发展制定编制模型,保证组织效能实现;

5.统筹事业群晋升、调动等人员异动管理;

6.主导事业群人才盘点实施及落地应用;

7.推动事业群中其他组织与人才发展相关的工作;

8.配合部门完成人力资源项目的实施推进。

Requirements:

1.人力资源管理及相关专业本科及以上学历;

2.三年以上人力资源规划、组织发展或者绩效管理等工作经验,有参与过公司/部门级组织发展项目经历优先;

3.具备绩效考核管理的专业知识,熟悉绩效考核管理的流程以及管理方法;

4.良好的执行能力,工作认真,具有高度的工作热情以及责任心,良好的团队合作能力。
