Human Resources Specialist (Austell,GA)

Responsibilities:

Assist HR Manager with securing optimal HR support structure based on the overall development planning of the company;ensure employees are informed, engaged and proficient in the use of tools, systems, processes and policies

Oversee the implementation and execution of company policies and SOPs;

Talent management for key contributor and management positions, training and development programs employee knowledge and capability

Develop and maintain recruiting channels and third party partners.

Liaison with department heads to lead and drive the execution of performance management processes.

Liaise with Department heads and BPs on ER cases, process employee complaints and disputes;

Audit HR operation costs and control HR budget.

Act as a strategic partner to work with Department Heads to build talent and develop people to achieve the company success strategically.

Maintain compliance and understanding with federal and state regulations concerning employment practices.

Other tasks assigned by HR Director.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, administrative management and HRM related majors preferred;

Minimum 2 years of operation management and HR management experience

Proficiency in basic office software including WORD/EXCEL/OUTLOOK etc.

Excellent communication & coordination skills, strong leadership & judgment & decision-making abilities; you are also an influential leader with strong planning and execution skills;

Proficiency in Mandarin and English reading, writing and speaking.
