客服专员

Responsibilities:

1、维护名下客户,受理客户的查件,对客户满意度负责;

2、通过QQ/微信/邮件等形式及时解决客户货物所涉及的异常问题;

3、对于服务过程中出现的运输附加费和退件及时与客户做好通知解答;

4、客户投诉和理赔事件做登记并解决,做好安抚,主动升级重大异常案件并持续跟进至结案;

5、与销售部门保持良好的协作,以及主管交代的额外指派的任务。

Requirements:

1、1年以上相关物流行业经验(不一定要求是客服岗,要了解跨境物流的相关链路流程)

2、竞争对手公司背景优先考虑,例如燕文,出口易,递四方等涉及小包或仓储功能的物流公司

3、有良好的的沟通协调能力,平缓的心态,有一定的抗压力,英语能流畅的书面读写。
