工作职责:

负责完成年度销售任务和回款任务,实现公司年度决策和战略,对公司整体销售绩效的完成提供保障,并为公司中长期目标的达成奠定坚实基础; Responsible for the completion of annual sales and repayment missions, to accomplish the company's annual goals and strategies, to guarantee the completion of the company's overall sales performance, and to establish a solid foundation for the achievement of the company's mid-term and long-term goals. 负责根据内外环境的变化,适时制定销售管理制度,设置销售目标、销售模式、销售战略、销售预算和奖励计划等,分解落实到各区域、各销售人员,加强目标管理和时间管理,提高团队整体绩效,协助各团队、各员工完成年度销售任务; Responsible for formulating sales management system according to the changes of internal and external environment, setting sales target, sales model, sales strategy, sales budget and incentive plan, etc., decomposing and implementing to each region and each sales staff, strengthening target management and time management, improving overall team performance, and assisting each team and each staff to accomplish annual sales mission. 负责建立和管理销售队伍,规范销售流程,组织定期召开销售会议,加强过程督导,提高风险控制能力,及时指导销售团队工作,协助完成销售目标,及时催收帐款; Responsible for establishing and managing the sales team, standardizing the sales process, organizing regular sales meetings, strengthening process supervision, improving risk control, providing timely guidance to the sales team, assisting in the completion of sales targets and timely collection of accounts. 负责公司产品宣传工作,拓展市场,开拓渠道,发展建立新客户新销售模式; Responsible for the company's product promotion work, expanding market share, exploring carrier sources, developing and establishing new sales models for new customers. 负责开发和维护公司重点客户,建立完善客户体系,提高客户满意度,提升公司市场占有率和竞争力; Responsible for developing and maintaining the company's key customers, establishing and improving the customer management system, improving customer satisfaction and enhancing the company's market share and competitiveness. 负责提交年度销售报告,分析原有销售体系或销售渠道的市场潜力、销售数据和费用,测算盈亏情况、团队建设等,为后续公司发展模式的建立提供数据支持; Responsible for submitting annual sales reports, analyzing the market prospects of the original sales system and sales channels, analyzing sales data and expenses, measuring profit and loss, team building, etc., and providing data support for the subsequent establishment of the company's development model. 负责销售团队培训工作,倡导建立学习型团队,定期组织培训学习,加强经验分享,提高专业能力,提升团队员工整体素养及完成领导交付的其它工作任务;Responsible for sales team training, establishing a Learning-oriented Team, organizing regular training and learning program, enhancing experience sharing, raising professional competence, improving the general literacy of the team and completing other work tasks assigned by the leader. 负责对接协调相关部门,保障海外区域销售部的工作开展。Responsible for docking and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure the work of overseas sales department to be performed.

 

任职要求:

资格、经验/Qualifications, Experience 本科以上学历,当地国家工作经验 Bachelor degree or above, working experience in local country 有3年以上销售团队管理经验,有3年以上物流业务工作经验的优先;More than 3 years of sales team management experience, more than 3 years of logistics business work experience is preferred 优秀的团队建设经验,团队管理能力强,善于协调销售团队的工作;Excellent team building experience, strong team management skills and great ability to coordinate the work of sales team. 有敏锐的市场意识、应变能力、领导能力和独立开拓市场的能力,学习能力强,逻辑性强和良好的语言表达能力;Sharp market awareness, strain capacity, leadership and the ability to explore potential market independently, quick learner, logical and good language expression ability. 具有强烈的进取心,精力充沛,身体健康,乐观豁达,富有开拓精神。Strong enterprising spirit, energetic, healthy, optimistic and open-minded, with pioneering spirit.
