工作职责：

- 负责欧洲供应链公司的人力资源的培训，分配，安排，指导和训练来实现仓库运营人力资源的目标；执行政策和程序； 传达工作期望；规划，监督，评估和审核工作绩效；

Accomplishes warehouse operations human resource objectives by training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, and disciplining employees; enforcing policies and procedures；communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions;

- 统筹仓库运营管理的信息，为实现仓库运营目标，提出战略建议；制定并完成生产计划；实施生产，对生产率，质量，客户服务标准进行管理；解决问题；完成审核；

Achieves warehouse operations operational objectives by contributing warehouse operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits;

- 建立库内运营系统，分析和管理库内工作流程，人员配置，空间管理，设备布局；

Develops warehouse operations system improvements by analyzing process work flow, manning and space requirements, and equipment layout;

- 配合完成仓库运营的财务目标，预测需求，编制预算，安排支出，分析差异，并制定纠错措施；

Meets warehouse operations financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

- 制定，遵守并执行安全工作环境和标准，遵守法律规定；

Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

- 制定访问政策和程序，协调安全部门，制定流程，保护财产；

Secures property by developing protection and access policies and procedures; coordinating patrols with security department.

任职要求：

- 5 年以上仓库管理工作经验，3年以上经理级别工作经验

At least 3 years working experience in the Warehouse Management fields, with recent departmental Manager role

- 有跨国企业相关工作经验

Possession of practical knowledge and actual working experience in Both Chinese and European corporations, extensive comprehension in enterprise Culture, and labor laws, are essential for this position;

- 中文和英语听说读写流利

Fluency (writing and speaking) in Chinese and English

- 有高效管理团队的能力

Ability to manage team members effectively.
