销售支持专员

Responsibilities:

1. 负责协助主管销售部内部日常行政管理、制度建设及流程优化工作,保证部门运营的有效性:

2. 负责协助主管对与销售部相关的系统优化:定期向产品部门提系统优化需求,包括CRM系统、OMS系统、BI系统;

3. 负责协助主管CRM系统的精细化管理:负责CRM系统后台相关所有配置,与CRM系统相关所有报表创建与管理,对CRM系统的使用、客户数据填写的完整性、及时性及填写质量进行相关监控,确保数据准确性与合规性;

4. 负责协助主管与销售部相关制度的建立及优化:协调内外部资源,持续搭建及优化销售支持相关业务流程,提升业务运转速度,如建立《客户管理体系》、《客户额度管理制度》等。

5. 负责协助主管销售部的日常培训工作,包括新人培训,其他部门相关信息以及流程的基础培训与更新培训,并做好应知应会考核;

6. 负责协助主管汇编支持团队业务教材,不断提高团队工作效率优化分工,提升人员专业性和生产力

Requirements:

1、大专以上学历,英语四级以上。

2、具备良好的沟通能力,熟练使用Office办公软件,有1年以上销售管理工作经验的优先;

3、责任心和原则性强,处事公正客观,严谨勤勉,能承受压力,良好的分析判断能力、 语言表达能力,心胸开阔,具良好的敬业精神和团队精神,保密意识强
