工作职责：

1.独立完成发日本子公司的全部账务处理工作，能建立独立的财务软件账套且按时完成每个的账务处理工作；集团财务共享搭建完成后，配合集团完成sap上线及整合处理日本与集团报表的差异；

包括：

including:

①银行入账、收入成本费用入账、房租摊销、资产折旧的摊销等账务处理工作，出具各项财务报表；Bank entry, revenue cost entry, amortization of rent, amortization of asset depreciation, etc., and issuance of various financial statements;

②审核日本仓费用、成本的报销的真实性、合理性、合法性；

Audit the authenticity, reasonableness and legality of the reimbursement of expenses and costs for the Japanese warehouse;

③根据日本当地的政策准确有效的处理日本财务、税务相关事宜；

Accurately and effectively handle Japanese financial and tax-related matters in accordance with Japanese local policies;

④完成银行付款，及时登记银行日记账及整理各项付款单据发送国内财务对接人；

Complete the bank payments, register the bank journals in time and sort out the payment receipts and send them to the domestic financial counterpart;

⑥具备与日本当地会计师、律师等沟通重要事宜的能力；

Ability to communicate important matters with Japanese local accountants and lawyers;

⑦对接国内集团财务每月的数据提供、审计问题，资料提供；

Matching of monthly data provision, audit issues, information provision for domestic group finance department;

⑧日本的所有财务及风险问题能及时判断并与国内财务的反馈和对接。

All financial and risk issues related to the Japanese subsidiary can be judged in a timely manner, timely feedback and connection with the domestic financial department can be done.

任职要求：

1.最好有过对接审计的经验，或有过事务所工作经验（但不是所有工作经验都是事务所）；

Preferably previous experience with dock auditors, or work experience in a firm (but not all work experience is firm related);

2.财务及会计相关专业；

Finance and accounting related majors;

3.有扎实的基础的财务知识和经验；

Have a solid foundation of financial knowledge and experience;

4.能熟练的操作一些日本通用的财务软件，或SAP软件；

Able to operate some Japanese general financial software, or SAP software;

5.良好的沟通和团队协作能力：能很好的与国内财务及当地各部门人员沟通；

Excellent communication and teamwork skills: be able to communicate well with domestic financial department and local personnel in various departments;

6.华人优先，日语和英语能力强。

Chinese is preferred, with strong Japanese and English skills.
