工作职责:
1.Enter bank and credit card transactions on a daily basis;
2.Maintain accounts receivable, issue invoices from our own customized IT system and reconcile account balances with clients;
3.Maintain accounts payable, verify the accuracy of invoices, ensure timely payments to various vendors and gather supporting documents from operation teams;
4.Post journal entries for depreciation, amortization and accrual;
5.Prepare monthly and yearly close and assist in preparing monthly financial statements for management’s review;
6.Communicate and cooperate with HQ from China

任职要求:
1.Qualifications, Experience
2.Bachelor degree or above, Accounting/Finance/Economic/Business related majors preferred
3.1+ years of experience in Accounting
4.Authorized to work for any employers in the US
5.Generic & Functional Skills or Competencies:
Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Applications
Superior attention to detail
Familiar with Quickbooks
Able to work under pressure with strict deadlines
