工作职责:
- 主要负责管理HRBP通才团队的整体绩效。
- 负责多种HRBP功能,例如绩效管理,组织发展,劳资关系和薪酬。
- 支持/领导人力资源/管理项目团队
- 确保按照既定政策并以具有成本效益的方式进行所有筛选人员的招募,面试,资格认定和雇用。
- 获取并维护支持行政需求(包括订购和维护办公用品)所需的资源
- 管理层分配的其他人力资源/管理任务-人力资源总监分配的其他职责
- Primarily responsible for managing the overall performance of the team of HRBP Generalists.
- Responsible for a wide variety of HRBP functions such as performance management, organizational development, labor/employee relations, and compensation.
- Support/lead HR/Admin project teams.
- Ensure that the recruiting, interviewing, qualification, and hiring of all screening officers are conducted in accordance with established policy and in a cost- effective manner.
- Acquire and maintain resources required to support administrative needs including ordering and maintaining office supplies.
- Other HR/Admin tasks assigned by management.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Human Resource

Have legal work status in United States.
HRBP experience.
Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
Must majored in HR.
Must be able to read, write and speak Chinese and English.
Strong learning ability.
