工作职责：

负责集团所有会计和财务工作，带领和管理财务团队；确保每月按时向总部发送财务结算报告，分析财务数据并且报告绩效以及预算情况，为提高运营效率提出建议

Be fully responsible for all corporate accounting and finance functions, lead and supervise a team of staff; Ensure prompt monthly closings of financial books and reporting to Headquarter, analyze financial data and report performance and budget variances to management, provide suggestions to improve efficiency in the workplace

审核、分析目前跨级部门的内部操作流程和政策，提出提高工作效率和质量的优化建议，继续建立，完善和加强会计流程和程序

Review and assess existing accounting department internal controls, operating procedures and policies, and make recommendations to enhance effectiveness and efficiency; Continue to establish, refine and enforce accounting procedures and process

建立短期和长期财政预算，协助各部门做出财政决策

Develop Short-Term and Long-Term financial budgets, and assist management in making financial decisions

进行运营绩效分析，编译合成管理报告，与外部会计公司合作确保所有提交的税务资料的及时性和准确度

Perform operation performance analysis and compile management reports; Coordinate with outside CPA and ensure all taxes are filed promptly and correctly

与第三方金融财务机构保持良好合作关系，以满足公司的财政需求

Develop and maintain professional relationships with financial institutes to facilitate meeting company’s financing needs

协助HR部门建立员工手册，执行公司相关规定，并为建立员工薪酬福利结构提出合理建议

Coordinate with HR department to develop employee manual and enforce workplace policies, assist in decision making of employee compensation packages, incentives and other

任职要求：

本科以上财会相关专业；美国ACCA/CPA认证证书

Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance and other related major; Certified ACCA/ CPA in the US

3年以上会计、金融行业工作经验，经理级别工作经验

At least 3 years working experience in the accounting, finance fields, with recent departmental Manager role

中国和美国企业工作经验，熟悉中、美会计准则，税务准则、劳工法律等

Possession of practical knowledge and actual working experience in Both Chinese and US corporations, extensive comprehension in Accounting standards, tax regulations, and labor laws, are essential for this position;

物流或跨境电商行业工作经验者优先

Prior experience in logistics or E-Commerce industries are strongly preferred;

熟练使用财会软件以及其他日常办公软件

Proficiency in accounting software and basic skills in other office software;

中文英语听说读写流利

Fluency (writing and speaking) in Chinese and English
