工作职责：

协助制定和完善公司的人事管理制度、薪酬管理体系、绩效考核体系、人事档案管理制度员工手册、培训体系等规章制度，并进行宣导、监督和执行；

Assist management to develop, lead and secure optimal HR support structure based on the overall development planning of the company, ensure employees are informed, engaged and proficient in the use of tools, systems, processes and policies

协助各部门落实和执行公司及部门管理规范；

Provide guidance on the implementations and execution of company policies, SOPs, compliance

负责员工的招聘、录用、转正、晋升、培训和劳工关系等工作的管理；

Oversees the talent acquisition process and employment cycles of each department.

协助完成员工的薪资核算以及福利的相关工作；

Assist with payroll audit and benefits and other compensation related matters.

协助处理各种与员工劳动关系相关的工作；

Assist HR Manager and Department head with employee relations related matters.

负责企业文化建设，提高团队的凝聚力，提高员工的责任感和工作能力；

Lead company team building to strengthen company culture, provide a friendly and positive work environment for employees.

负责人力资源管理的其他相关工作。

Other HR related tasks assigned by management

任职要求：

本科以上学历；商务管理或人力资源管理相关专业优先；

Bachelor degree or above, administrative management and HRM related majors preferred;

5年以上管理及人力资源相关工作经验

Minimum 5 years of operation management and HR management experience

熟悉香港当地的劳工法律法规等

Possession of practical knowledge and actual working experience in corporations, extensive comprehension in of Hong Kong labor laws and regulation is essential for this position;

掌握Office办公软件，具备基本的网络知识；

Proficiency in accounting software and basic skills in other office software;

有很强的沟通协调能力、判断与决策能力、人际能力、影响力、计划与执行能力

Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong leadership, judgment, decision-making abilities

中文、粤语和英语听说读写流利

Fluency (writing and speaking) in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
