工作职责:
Assist management to develop, lead and secure optimal HR support structure based on the overall development planning of the company, ensure employees are informed, engaged and proficient in the use of tools, systems, process
Liaison with department heads to lead and drive the execution of performance management processes
Oversees the talent acquisition process,employee development,training and employment relations.
Assist with payroll audit and benefits and other compensation related matters.
Lead company team building events to strengthen company culture, provide a friendly and positive work environment for employees.
Other HR related tasks assigned by management
任职要求:
Bachelor degree or above, administrative management and HRM related majors preferred;
Minimum 3 years of operation management and HR management experience
Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong leadership, judgment, decision-making abilities
Fluent in English and Mandarin
