Sales Manager (Cannock, West Midlands)

工作职责:

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team, provides leadership and strategic direction to the sales team by overseeing and coordinating their day-to-day activities.

Facilitates a culture of high standards and attention to details, with clear accountability, teamwork, and personal learning.

Appropriately manage the underlying activities needed to achieve or exceed margin and profitability goals for the region.

Setting the direction and managing the deliverables of the assigned sales team.

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

Develop and maintain professional business relationships with established and prospective customers.

Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.

Monitor market dynamics, including customer and competitor developments and funnels relevant information in the industry.

Have strong business sense with the ability to drive the growth, directly impact the building of new solutions, services across Elogistics' growing footprint.

Manage and participate in the development and scheduling of special projects such as exhibition, public relations events, promotions, etc.

Provide input to the development of strategic sales plans that reflect the company's business strategy to advance market share and achieve profitable growth.

Provide continuous feedback to management on both successes and challenges of the business.

Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

任职要求:

BS/MS degree in Business, Sales Management, Marketing, or related field.

5+ years related sales experience in e-commerce, logistic, and/or supply chain industries.

Strong business sense of internet industry.

Proven track record of sales achievement.

Successful track record in directly driving business, maintaining client relationships and people management.

Excellent leadership, influencing, organization, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

Excellent judgment, conflict resolution skills and the ability to deal with rebuttals.

Ability to communicate effectively up, down, and across the entire organization clearly and succinctly in a variety of styles to get messages across and build collaborative relationships to achieve company goals.

Ability to gather relevant data from appropriate sources, identify all relevant factors or restrictions, apply logical reasoning to determine relationship of variables, develop results-oriented conclusions, test assumptions, and incorporate revisions or corrections.

Proficiency in E-commerce-based IT systems including OMS, TOMS, WMS.
